10 siblings currently making a name for themselves in boxing

1) Jermell and Jermall Charlo

Jermell has held the title of world super-welterweight champion intermittently since 2016. Meanwhile, his twin brother, Jermall, previously a super-welterweight champion, now competes in the middleweight division where he has successfully secured a WBC title. Jermell has faced Canelo Alvarez and unfortunately suffered defeat, while Jermall aspires to take on Canelo in the future, aiming to accomplish what his brother could not.

2) Naoya Inoue and Takuma Inoue

Naoya, recognized as the toughest hitter globally, currently holds all the super-bantamweight belts. On the other hand, Takuma, known for his unique boxing style, secured the WBA bantamweight championship by delivering a remarkable one-punch knockout to Jerwin Ancajas in February. These two remarkable fighters are scheduled to battle each other on the same card in Tokyo next month.

3) Liam and Callum Smith

Callum and Liam Smith, who were once part of a foursome alongside Paul and Stephen, now stand as a duo representing the Smith family. Callum, previously the WBA super-middleweight champion, competes as a light-heavyweight. Meanwhile, Liam, who recently had two fights against Chris Eubank Jnr resulting in a split, held the WBO belt at super-welterweight.

4) Jason and Andrew Moloney

In recent times, the Moloney twins, Jason and Andrew, have actively participated in several significant bouts within the lower weight divisions. Andrew successfully secured the WBA “regular” super-flyweight championship, while Jason claimed the WBO bantamweight title in the previous year.

5) Tyson and Tommy Fury

Tyson and Tommy Fury, who are half-brothers, have pursued their professional careers in contrasting manners. Tyson, competing in the heavyweight division, has faced formidable opponents to establish his dominance at the pinnacle of the weight class. On the other hand, Tommy, a light-heavyweight, has recently directed his attention towards collaborating with boxing influencers as a means to amplify his visibility and reputation.

6) Tim and Nikita Tszyu

Tim, the former WBO super-welterweight champion, appeared to be on the verge of facing Terence Crawford in a highly anticipated fight. However, his undefeated record was abruptly ended by Sebastian Fundora in Las Vegas recently. On the other hand, Nikita holds an impressive 8-0 record and recently secured the title of Australian super-welterweight champion after defeating Dylan Biggs.

7) Charlie and Sunny Edwards

In 2018, Charlie achieved his career-best performance by defeating Cristofer Rosales and becoming the WBC flyweight champion. Following in his brother’s footsteps, Sunny replicated this success in 2021 by winning the IBF flyweight belt from Moruti Mthalane through a 12-round decision.

8) Daniel and Caroline Dubois

Daniel and Caroline Dubois, the sole brother-sister duo featured on the roster, encompass a heavyweight contender in the men’s division and a lightweight contender in the women’s division. Additionally, their ages of 26 and 23 respectively afford them the luxury of time.

9) Kubrat and Tervel Pulev

On the opposite side of the spectrum, we find Kubrat and Tervel Pulev, two Bulgarian athletes entering the twilight of their professional careers. Kubrat, aged 42, once held the title of European champion but has faced disappointment in his attempts to claim the world heavyweight championship on a couple of occasions. On the other hand, Tervel, who is 41 years old and competes as a cruiserweight, has achieved victory in 18 out of 19 professional fights. However, he is most recognized for his defeat against Sergey Kovalev in 2022.

10) Hassan and Adam Azim

Hassan and Adam, fairly new in the boxing scene, boast an impressive undefeated record of 18-0. Adam, with a record of 11-0, has successfully claimed and relinquished a European title. On the other hand, Hassan, with a steady progress of 8-0, eagerly awaits his chance to compete for his first title.
