After the departure of seasoned player Keagan Dolly, Kaizer Chiefs are now in search of another striker during the upcoming winter transfer window.
Dolly, 31, was one of several out-of-contract players who were released by Amakhosi ahead of the 2024-25 season.
After joining the Glamour Boys from Ligue 1 side Montpellier in July 2021 on a free transfer, the skilled attacker managed to score 14 goals and provide 11 assists in 67 games.
Dolly had high hopes when he joined the Chiefs, but unfortunately, his time with the Glamour Boys was marred by injuries, preventing him from showcasing his true capabilities.
Dolly, being a talented player, will undoubtedly receive numerous offers from top clubs like Cape Town City and SuperSport United, as reported.
However, Dolly is reportedly evaluating his choices and leaving the possibility of another overseas move open, as he seeks to make the most of the final chapters of his career.
In the upcoming season, Chiefs will have a fresh technical team headed by Tunisian Nasreddine Nabi.
GOAL looks at five players Amakhosi could target to fill the void left by the former Bafana Bafana star.
