In the upcoming rematch, my choice would be Frazer. Both fighters will undoubtedly learn valuable lessons from their previous bout, which was their first experience of going the full 12 rounds. Prior to the fight, I had already predicted Frazer’s victory. By using the Boxing News app, I selected Frazer to win by points. Although I anticipated a tough battle, I believe that Frazer will emerge victorious in the next encounter.
Harry Scarff (British welterweight champion)
I would most likely opt for another draw. That’s my decision. Both competitors will likely improve, but I believe the fight will still be fiercely contested. The draw outcome in their previous match on Sunday seemed appropriate to me. Clarke had a strong finish, but it was a closely fought battle with no clear winner. Therefore, I anticipate another draw in their next encounter.
Jack Massey (Cruiserweight contender)
The fight was quite challenging as Clarke showed great strength towards the end. Wardley seemed to be losing his energy, possibly due to his injured face and significant blood loss. Despite the draw, I believe Wardley did just enough to claim victory. While a draw is acceptable, I personally feel Wardley slightly edged it, making me lean towards him winning a rematch.
Shabaz Masoud (Super-bantamweight contender)
I believe Wardley would have the advantage in a rematch. Having analyzed Frazer’s performance, Wardley can devise a more effective strategy for the next bout. The fight between them was intense and showcased a new side of Frazer. Both fighters displayed immense determination. Personally, I scored it as a draw, which I believe was a fair outcome.
