Jake Paul scored three total knockdowns last night (Sat., July 20, 2024) at “Fear No Man” live on DAZN PPV from inside Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla., en route to a dominant knockout win over former UFC contender and current bareknuckle boxing star Mike Perry.
In the opening moments of the fight, Paul swiftly knocked down Perry and gained an immediate advantage. With his visibly larger size, Paul consistently delivered powerful long-range punches while Perry struggled to mount any significant offense. Continuing his dominance, Paul secured another knockdown in the second round, but Perry courageously managed to rise to his feet once again. Undeterred, Perry bravely endured the onslaught and eventually found his rhythm, successfully landing punches to the delight of the cheering Florida crowd.
Perry’s energy surged in the third round when he inflicted a cut above Paul’s left eye. Despite his lack of defensive skills and limited offensive tactics, Perry bravely withstood all of Paul’s attacks, gradually wearing down the renowned social media personality. However, Paul made a stunning comeback in the fourth round, unleashing a relentless barrage of punches along the ropes that almost prompted the referee to intervene.
In the fifth round, Paul relentlessly pounded Perry, causing severe facial injuries and leaving him a bloody mess. Despite the brutal assault, Perry managed to endure and stay in the fight. However, in the sixth round, Paul delivered a devastating blow that knocked Perry down once again. Unable to recover, Perry struggled to regain his balance, ultimately leading the referee to halt the fight.
