Patchy Mix vs. Leandro Higo title fight headlines Bellator Paris on Nov. 16

Patchy Mix will attempt to secure his second title defense of the Bellator Bantamweight title as he has been booked to headlined the upcoming Bellator Paris event opposite Leandro Higo on Nov. 26, 2024 inside Adidas Arena in Paris, France.

Mix was last seen defeating Magomed Magomedov via split-decision this past May, also in Paris, to earn his first defense. That is the second time Mix has defeated “Tiger,” initially forcing him to tap to a guillotine choke at Bellator 289 back in Dec. 2022 (results here). Mix is currently on a seven-fight win streak.

As for Higo, he is 5-1 in his last six fights with his lone defeat coming at the hands of Danny Sabatello. He was last seen defeating James Gallagher, the man who many thought would be the poster boy for Irish MMA under the Bellator banner once upon a time.

In the co-main event, Baissangour Chamsoudinov will put his undefeated (8-0) record on the line when he battles Oliver Enkamp. “Baki” recently inked a contract extensions with Professional Fighters League (PFL). Chamsoudinov is coming off a bizarre win over Cedric Doumbe, which came after Doumbe was unable to continue due to having a piece of glass lodged in his toe (read all about it here).

As for Enkamp, he holds an overall record of 11-4, but he is just 1-2 in his last three outings. The former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) veteran did defeat Mark Lemminger in May 2023, but has losses to Kyle Crutchmer and Luca Poclit sandwiched in between.
