Thompson gifts Seth Meyers Ducks jersey on late-night show
The guest of the show receives a personalized sweater from the star of “Mighty Ducks”.

Kenan Thompson is well aware that ducks never give up, and he’s imparting this message to Seth Meyers.
The Mighty Ducks star was a guest on Meyers’s late-night show last week and brought a special gift for the talk show host. Thompson gave Meyers a customized Anaheim Ducks sweater. The team unveiled the new design at the end of June and will debut it this season.

In the iconic movie franchise, Thompson’s character is referred to as “Tyler,” which is also the name displayed on the jersey’s back. Thompson portrays Russ Tyler in the second film.
The NHL franchise found its inspiration in The Mighty Ducks, a film trilogy that emerged in the early 1990s.
During the talk show, Thompson shared his memories of acquiring skating skills while on the film set, which he claimed to have utilized ever since. Meyers praised Thompson as the most exceptional skater during “Saturday Night Live” Christmas gatherings.
It is likely that he still retains the ability to execute the knuckle puck shot.
